  I come to this location every day. Sometimes even twice a day. A couple of the employees even know my car & know my drink by heart as soon as I get to the drive thru, which I appreciate & that absolutely rocks! They're amazing. What's not so amazing is the service I get when I come through in the afternoon around 2ish. The guy with the man bun & the beard is miserable. Doesn't say hello, doesn't smile, doesn't even say "have a nice day", NOTHING. He even has left me sitting there at the window with his back to me waiting for my drink to be made, when usually they say "hi, how are you? It'll be ready in just a minute." He just goes through the motions like a robot & you can tell he hates his job. Or at least that's what it appears. I don't ask for much but a smile & some sort of conversation. I will keep coming back since it's on my way to work, but this guy needs some rainbows & butterflies in his life. And to get rid of that stupid bun.
