    Quality? Customer Service ~ Nada. Bought Tiara ceiling fan ~~ made a noise. Dan's replaced without incidence. Replacement fan I called with an issue ~ noise. Long story short, Lance told me Mike H. would call me back. First day, no call; second day, no call. I called the third day and they screened my call. Tried again to call to tell them I was wrong in describing the noise. Indeed, it was a clicking noise. Once again they screened my call. So, I guess they will not find out what I was trying to call them about ~~ unless they read it here in my review. The quality of fan is questionable, but the quality of customer service way out does fan quality ~~ Poor, poor, poor. So sad, because it didn't need to be this way.
