  I have been a customer for quite sometime. One of the ladies in there when i last stopped I asked if she knew some good breeders and she told me to do rescue. She made me feel shame for wanting a puppy. Most of the time I go in there noone comes up and asks if they can help. It is disappointing to me because they have the best resources but do not care to seek out their customer and help them.

  CARLA helped me so much in getting my cat started on a a natural foods diet. My cat loves the combo of the goat milk and stella and chewys products. It was a busy day and she took the time to spend with me. I also enjoy the store manager who often shares stories of her pets - makes for a more personalized experience. I have found their pricing to be competitive and I recommended patronizing the store.
