  Called ahead to make appointment, they didn’t take my name over the phone but said they had availability and to come in at 3. When I got there they acted flustered and confused and told me I’d have to wait (they recognized that an employee told me to come at 3), but didn’t give me a wait time. After 25 minutes of waiting, I left. Too many other good nail salons in the area with excellent customer service to return.
