  8 year resident here, what to expect:
  
  Before applying make sure you find out what their requirements are, no sense paying for an application fee if you are not even going to qualify.
  
  Ask questions, do not give answers, just go in and inquire, they will start asking you questions and it is EXTREMELY easy to get disqualified and you will lose your application fee, get plenty of information and pre-qualify yourself first, they have long waiting lists and the application fees are almost a money grab.
  
  If you manage to make it in, make sure you fill out your pre-inspection form THOROUGHLY, do not miss a pin hole, write down absolutely everything wrong you see in the apartment, otherwise you will be liable for it when you leave.
  
  The place is kept clean and well groomed, the maintenance crew is nice and friendly. never any issues.
  
  Construction: These apartments are built of the absolute cheapest quality, you can hear a pin drop through the walls, everything inside is very very cheap, low budget construction. but is cheap rent, so can't complain.
  
  Privacy: There is none, don't expect it here, the staff is very intrusive and it is amazing how much they know about you or what you do. A former employee that worked there that I know, allegedly stated that they give perks to some residents to pretty much keep tabs on what your neighbors are doing, again, "allegedly" but I personally strongly believe this is the case. They are very intrusive.
  
  If a trash bag is dumped in the trash bins in between the buildings, management makes their maintenance crew pull out the bag, dig through the garbage to find any mail with the address of the person the trash belongs to, in order for them to bill you $25, this is a fact and quite sad.
  
  One of the office managers Cindy, which is second in command to Suzanne, has zero respect for tenant privacy, ZERO, she will tell you which resident complained about you and vice versa, this creates hostility between tenants, she plays good cop bad cop tactic , and creates an environment where she gets to find out what everyone is up to in their apartments. back in 2015 she literality turned all the tenants of the building against each other. Beware of this lady, she may act sweet and nice, but will stab you in the back when you least expect it.
  
  There are some ridiculous policies about having friends or family visiting or staying the night, or pet sitting, look in to this first before moving in and make sure this is something you want to agree with.
  
  Other than that, is a clean calm place to stay, rent is cheap, luckily my neighbors are great, and maintenance does a good job. Giving it two stars due to management and some of their unethical practices, they tend to talk to you like you owe them something.
  
  PS: There are multiple inspections throughout the year, anything from fire extinguisher, to toilets, to fire alarms, pest control ect.... you get a notice giving you heads up that they are coming in to your appartment within a 2 to 3 day window.
